Mole Valley District Council has decided to carry on with its legal action defending its decision to grant planning permission for a golf course at Cherkley Court rather than leaving the legal action to the developers. This decision was taken in the face of a petition signed by over 700 people expressing strong opposition and the efforts of the Liberal Democrat Councillors and despite the potential legal costs rising to an estimated £220,000.
Thanks for signing the petition which is now closed. If you didn’t sign the petition, you can email me to request updates on this sorry story.Leave a comment
